1. Operator & Agreement

Stylable.ai (“Stylable”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a product operated and offered by Affinate Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 005, IDGAH COLONY, SATICHOURA, CUTTACK, ODISHA, INDIA, 753002.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Affinate Private Limited regarding your use of Stylable.ai, including our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

Stylable.ai provides artificial intelligence (AI)-powered illustration services. Users can:

  • Generate illustrations using pre-trained AI styles (“Presets”),
  • Upload their own data to train private illustration models,
  • Convert sketches into production-ready vectors,
  • Animate illustrations, and
  • Access features through subscription or credits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws.

4. Accounts & Registration

You may access the Service via email OTP or third-party sign-in (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

5. Payment, Plans & Credits

  1. Plans — Stylable.ai offers subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Scale) and Pay-As-You-Go credits.
  2. Credits — Credits cover usage such as image generation, vectorization, or animation. Purchased credits never expire.
  3. Free Credits — New users may be granted free credits for trial purposes. Assets generated with free credits are owned by the user; however, by using free credits, you grant Stylable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use such assets for marketing, promotional, or demonstration purposes. This license does not apply to assets generated through paid plans or purchased credits.
  4. Pricing — Prices are listed on the Service and may change periodically.
  5. Refunds — Eligible within 14 days if:
    • You have downloaded fewer than 5 assets, or
    • Service failures occurred due to technical issues.
      Refunds for other reasons are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  1. Preset Styles — All preset styles provided by Stylable are proprietary to Stylable and its licensors. While you may commercially use the illustrations generated from these presets, you do not acquire any ownership or IP rights in the preset models themselves.
  2. User-Trained Styles — You retain rights in models trained solely on assets you own or lawfully license. If you upload or use third-party assets without authorization, you do not acquire rights in the resulting model, and Stylable may suspend or remove it.
  3. Generated Assets — Subject to compliance with these Terms, you own all illustrations generated through your account for both personal and commercial use, except as noted for free credit usage above.
  4. Stylable Materials — The platform, code, and interface remain Stylable’s property.

7. User Data & Privacy

  1. Training Data — Uploaded datasets are encrypted, stored privately, and never used to train global models.
  2. Consent for Use — Stylable will not use your uploads for marketing, training, or other purposes without your explicit consent, except as stated for free credit outputs.

8. User Content & Complaints

You are responsible for ensuring your uploads and training data do not infringe third-party rights. If Stylable receives a complaint or reasonably believes that a model was trained using unauthorized assets, Stylable may suspend, restrict, or remove such model and related outputs without liability.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes,
  • Infringe IP rights,
  • Interfere with Service security or operations,
  • Impersonate others, or
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results. Stylable makes no guarantees of accuracy, quality, or suitability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affinate Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stylable, Affinate, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • (i) use of third-party materials without authorization,
  • (ii) infringement or violation of IP rights caused by your uploads or models,
  • (iii) disputes over training data ownership, and
  • (iv) your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Future Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our obligations to another entity that becomes the operator of Stylable.ai, including any affiliate or successor. Users’ rights will not be diminished by such transfer.
